On April 22nd, 2022, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hieu – Director of PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard JSC (PV Shipyard) made a presentation on the Vietnamese mechanical market.
The Power VIII Plan under construction shows great potential for offshore wind power investment, reaching about 5,000 MW by 2030 and gradually increasing to over 40,000 MW by 2045.
PV Shipyard – a company with extensive experience as a general contractor for engineering, procurement, construction, transportation, and installation (EPCI Main Contractor) of oil and gas structures since 2012.
Grasping the development of the wind power industry in the world in general and Vietnam in particular, PV Shipyard, in addition to focusing on developing strengths, at the same time focusing on participating in Wind Energy Markets in the near shore, onshore and offshore. Recently, PV Shipyard successfully provided construction, fabrication and installation services for foundations of many wind farm projects, typically the Dong Hai I in Tra Vinh province.
