HCM City – PV Shipyard has awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificate from Lloyd’s Register as the quality accreditation after 2-year-application. The certification is applicable specifically for Design and Fabrication Management of Oil and Gas Complex.
Lloyd’s Register reviewed the management processes and operations of PV Shipyard and conducted a comprehensive and accurate assessment of all the procedures and services provided to its clients, based on which they conferred the ISO 9001:2008 certification. PV Shipyard has qualified in the official audit without any non-compliance issues.
Managing Director, Mr. Phan Tu Giang said in a statement that the company now “is in the strong position to take next steps in complex offshore fabrication domain in Vietnam. This certification affirms that we are providing a specialized high quality product and service system that meets the highest international standards. Furthermore, the consistent comprehensive training course for entire employee underscoring our commitment to develop and maintain quality in whatever we do. This testimonial will also serve as a strong motivation for us to further expand our capabilities and continue making prestigious service and operational quality a core focus”.
PV Shipyard is now building first jack-up for Petrovietnam. With the event, the project is ensured to be conducted under an international managerial standard to meet high requirements from the client.
