PV Shipyard and Semco Maritime have remarked their strategic cooperation with the aim to provide high class rig upgrade, repair and refurbishment under the alliance brand name: Vung Tau Rig Services.
The combination of PV Shipyard’s professional dedicated work force, world – class facility and Semco Maritime’s international standard managements, shall provide an “one-stop solution” to meet the strong demand of clients.
This alliance – Vung Tau Rig Services, was presented officially on 22 July 2014 at PV Shipyard’s building with well attendance of clients and business partners.
At the ceremony, Mr. Morten Clausen – Managing Director of Semco Maritime and Mr. Nguyen Nam Anh – Commercial Manager of PV Shipyard had presented the reason to establish this alliance and emphasized that Vung Tau Rig Services is a competitive and effective new provider of rig services in the South East Asia with the advantages from location, facility and management systems. The set up shall ensure the most beneficial options in term of time, quality and cost for clients.
Before closing this ceremony, Managing Director of PV Shipyard – Mr. Phan Tu Giang is pleased with the prospects as well: “After visiting Denmark of Vietnamese Government, especially the meeting between Vietnamese Prime Minister and Ms. Helle Thorning-Schmidt – Prime Minister of Denmark, we decided to tighten the business cooperation of both countries.
