PV SHIPYARD SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE 2025 EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Mr. Nguyen Van Duong Elected as Member of the Board of Directors
On September 11, 2025, PetroVietnam Marine Shipyard Joint Stock Company (PV Shipyard) successfully held the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at the company’s headquarters, No. 65A2, 30/4 Street, Rạch Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting was conducted in a serious, transparent manner and in strict compliance with legal regulations and the Company’s Charter.
At the meeting, shareholders discussed and approved many important matters. In particular, the General Meeting voted and unanimously elected Mr. Nguyen Van Duong (Deputy Director of POS Company) as a Member of the Board of Directors of PV Shipyard, approved the addition of the business line “Shipping Agency,” and adopted amendments to several provisions in the Company’s Charter and Internal Governance Regulations.
Effectiveness and Implementation
The resolutions of the General Meeting take effect immediately after approval. Certain matters regarding amendments to internal governance regulations and the addition of new business lines will be implemented in accordance with the law and the Company’s Charter.
