PV Shipyard has been granted certificate of Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001 – 2007 from Lloyd Register after a serious process pursuing the certification since September 2009. The company has undertaken numbers of successful inspection and internal audit to fulfill commitment in minimizing occupational hazards and dangers.
OHSAS 18001 has been developed to be compatible with the quality accreditation series ISO 9001 that the company had obtained in 2009. It will be a further proof of the desire expressed by PV Shipyard to maintain this path of continuous improvement towards excellence in the management of accident prevention system.
